Dollhaus Dollhaus Royale began with a simple love for Shih Tzu. Our journey started in 2017 with Luna, a beautiful black Shih Tzu who showed us just how affectionate, playful, and deeply loving this breed could be. Years later came Ottie, who became my partner's and my soul dog and taught us even more about the bond between people and their dogs.
Our journey eventually led us to Cheesecake, a tiny chocolate puppy who changed everything for us. Losing her was heartbreaking, but it also became the beginning of something much bigger.
It inspired us to learn — truly learn — about Shih Tzu health, nutrition, development, training, genetics, and responsible breeding. We studied, listened, asked questions, and continued learning from experienced people in the breed. Eventually, we found a mentor who opened the door to a deeper understanding of Shih Tzu genetics and bloodlines. That journey became Dollhaus Royale.
We believe beautiful puppies are only the beginning. What matters most is raising them with knowledge, intention, and love.
